Integrated Event Management and Marketing: M15's Execution of Westend Sneaker Days 2024
M15 conceived and implemented the creative concept for Westend Sneaker Days 2024. The first event of its kind in Budapest, held in a shopping center, celebrated the world of sneakers with exclusive programs and irresistible discounts.
The event drew sneakerheads of all ages with graffiti workshops, custom sneaker painting, sneaker history exhibitions, panel discussions, live DJ performances and a streetball court. Helping fuel the huge buzz were musicians T. Danny, Coo Lee, and Bruno; and influencers Kiss Ádám, Miskovits Marci, and others had the shopping center bumping all weekend.
Beyond event management and creative concept development, M15 prioritized strategic communication and key visual design that perfectly aligned with Westend's brand identity. Our focus was on showcasing the event's distinctive character while effectively engaging the target audience. By strategically deploying the campaign across digital and Out-of-Home channels, we maximized visibility. To captivate the audience, we produced innovative content, including eye-catching CGI sneaker videos for social media.
